Oil Changes

Oil absorbs heat from the engine and lubricates the moving components. Changing your vehicle’s oil to manufacturer’s specs is one of the most important things you can do to ensure long term performance. As you drive, the oil pump circulates oil through the filter and to the engine. The oil filter cleans dirt and deposits out of the oil, protecting the engine.

Over time, the oil filter gets full of this debris and will no longer be able to keep the oil clean. Most manufacturers recommend changing the oil between 3,000 and 5,000 miles to for maximum performance over the life of the engine.
